Let us know what condition works for you: pre-loved, like new, or brand new. Most vintage bags are pre-loved, so tell us what you can live with and what’s a deal breaker. For example, can you live with a pen mark? Are rubbed corners a no-go? Keep in mind that price often reflects condition, so consider what imperfections you can tolerate to get the best deal.

3. Open to Options
If you’re flexible on styles, colors, or brands, let us know! We can suggest similar options that match your vibe.

4. Curated Finds Just for You
Once we find a match, we’ll share all the details: photos, condition notes, and any imperfections. If minor flaws can be restored, we’ll let you know—it’s often a great way to snag a deal!

5. Confirm & Purchase
Love it? We’ll send you an invoice, and once payment is received, we’ll finalize your order with our suppliers.

6. We Love Auctions
Auctions are a fantastic way to find rare items or get the best price on a high-ticket piece. If your item is sourced from an auction, no upfront payment is needed. We’ll handle the bidding up to your max budget. If we win, you’ll receive an invoice, and payment is due within 24 hours.

7. Final Quality Check & Delivery
Your item will ship to us first for a final condition and authenticity check. Then, we’ll ship it directly to you. Purchases over $500 come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
