All Sales are Final:
We hope you love your new luxury handbag, but please note that all sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue with the item not being as described.
If There's an Issue:
We’re here to help! If you believe your item isn’t as described, please let us know within 3 days of receiving it.
To qualify for a return, make sure the item is in its original condition, with all tags attached, and includes all the original packaging, authenticity cards, dust bags, and any other extras.
How to Report a Problem:
Contact our friendly customer service team at nextdoorluxe@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item.
Provide us with detailed information about the issue and any supporting photos.
We’ll review your case promptly and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and easy-to-follow shipping instructions.
Getting Your Refund:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund and apply it to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear.
Shipping Costs:
We ask that you cover the shipping costs for returning the item. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable.
